Wellspring has just completed delivery on a range of catheter processing equipment including the popular catheter laser welder incorpoarting a Synrad CO2 Series 48 laser. Wellspring tailor the control system to user requirements. We can help customers specify the lser requirements to suit their application..

In addition Wellpring has manufactured a range of Thermal equipment used for profiling / shaping polymers in Medical Device Manufacture - including balloon tail reduction, heatshrink reduction, tube flaring and assembly pre-heating. Due to the high temperature applications, Wellspring has designed a pneumatic system and housing in which the heated profile plates resides until prompted by the operator. This reduces opertor burn hazard or risk of inadvertant product contact.

All Wellspring Equipment is fully CE marked.
